Position: Full Time Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Shift: Days
PURPOSE
- The primary purpose of the Human Resource Generalist is the overall management of a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This includes responsibility for parts of the interview process, onboarding process, weekly/monthly reports, wage reviews, weekly job changes, data entry, performance evaluation process, licensure verification, tuition reimbursement, continuing education process, and postings.
- This position may also require the employee to perform other related duties and activities as assigned by the Department Head.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and HRIS system.
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all organizational levels.
- Must be able to work with diligence with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
