Position: Part Time Central Supply/Sterile Processing Technician  ‍

Department: Central Supply

Shift: All Shifts

‍PURPOSE

The Primary purpose of your position as CSR Technician I is to perform assigned duties is an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor to assure that a successful, viable department is maintained at all times.  This job requires a thorough knowledge of aseptic technique, sterilization procedures, infection control, and equipment processing.

‍QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Must complete and pass Registered Central Supply Technician (CRCST) course within two years of hire.
• Experience in central sterile processing is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Will receive general orientation, and then on-the-job-training.
• Must have accuracy of all work performed.
• Must have good communication skills.
